About Me

Hi There! My name is Stephen Vincent-Grace and thank you for visiting my website. I am an amateur photographer who loves being behind the camera and travelling the world when I can. I started off focusing on travel photography and shooting during the day then as I explored the world I found my true passion that being landscape photography. I have created this website to both show my work, motivate myself to continue my photography journey and create stories and blogs when I can from my adventures.

I have been in love with Landscape Photography for the last 5 years. Initally I used a Canon point and shoot, then purchased various Canon SLRs. A while back I got sick of lugging a big camera around and found myself not taking any photos and feeling uninspired. 12 months went by without a single shot taken with my SLR that I bit the bullet and sold all my gear. A couple of years later I found the Fuji X system and the Fuji X-Pro 2 which made me feel in love with cameras and photography again. After shooting with the X-Pro for a year I then purchased an X-T3 due to it being suited to landscape photography. I have loved the fuji system and also the Fuji community and the amazing Fuji X photographer professionals which some have become my close friends. The photography community in general is positive, passionate and amazing.

After many years of service, I had an unfortuane fall where I broke my camera and lens in Iceland. This lead to me trying my 3rd camera system. After much research, I am now using the Nikon Z7 II and have gone back to full frame while extending my reach by adding a 100-400mm lens where before I was using the Fuji 70-200 equivalent. The added Dynamic Range of the Nikon cameras as well as extreme build quality lead me to the Nikon System, let’s see how this pans out! I did consider the Fuji GFX system but unfortunately price as well as lack of telephoto options ruled it out for now.

Thanks again for stopping by and I hope you enjoy the photos throughout my website. Please feel free to get in touch as I am open to shooting, sharing ideas and learning with others. I also do prints of any of the photos seen in my Gallery.

Happy shooting and good luck with the light!
